Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Management Trainee (Front-of-House F&B) in Singapore. This junior role offers a structured rotational program with hands-on exposure to every outlet function and leadership mentorship to groom future managers.

The role focuses on guest service, menu guidance, POS usage, reservations, and daily outlet operations, with strong emphasis on teamwork and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Title: Management Trainee 管理培训生 (Manager Track)

Designation: Front-of-House F&B Management

Job Level: Junior/Entry Level

Location: Singapore

Salary: $3,700/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Overall Job Objectives:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands‑on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a Managerial Track.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menu items and explain ingredients or cooking styles.
• Use POS systems and manage table reservations (e.g., Chope, Inline).
• Set up and close the restaurant, including daily checklists.
• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the outlet.
• Oversee an efficient and effective day‑to‑day operation of the outlet and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Participate in the company's strategic planning.
• Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies, and coach colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.
• Attend to customers’ needs and queries and ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.

Role qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
