Job summary

NVISUALLY ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to provide quality management and administrative support, and to oversee day-to-day branch operations.

You will coach staff, assist in strategy, and ensure policies are implemented effectively. Responsibilities include handling performance evaluations, customer complaint resolution, and driving customer retention while maintaining a clean and safe workplace across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Oriented or Passionate about serving customers.
• Knowledge or experience in management or relevant similar field is a plus.
