Job summary

UNISEARCH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking entry-to-mid level staff to serve food and beverages, ensuring orders match the tickets and are delivered to tables with accuracy. You will operate POS systems for beverage orders and help create a positive guest experience.

You will maintain hygiene and safety standards, assist in opening/closing shifts, and support various departments as required. Training is provided; 6-day work weeks and weekend/Public Holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder is required.
• Training will be provided for those with no relevant experience.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to ensure orders match tickets to tables.
• Operate Point of Sales (POS) systems for beverage orders.
• Provide go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience.
• Maintain hygiene and safety per organizational standards.
• Assist in opening, operating, and closing shifts per staff roster.
• Suggest improvements in the work area and execute them.
• Assist in other departments as needed; progress with management goals.

• Serve food and beverages to ensure all dishes match the order ticket to the corresponding tables
• Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing beverage order
• Provide go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and standards, follow the organization's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
• Assist in opening, operating, and closing of shifts and execute daily operational tasks according to staff roster
• Suggest areas and execute continuous improvement activities within work area
• Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company
• Provide support as needed in various departments;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior

Requirements

• MIN Diploma/Degree holder
• With or without relevant experience are welcome (training will be provided)
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Willing to work on Public Holiday and weekends
