Pentagon H Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Management Trainee to join our network of restaurants and bars in Singapore.

You will work closely with the Director to oversee daily operations, ensure service standards, and contribute to marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality leadership. Ideal candidates have a passion for F&B, strong English communication, and a proactive attitude.

• Contribute ideas and assist marketing with A&P.

Management Trainee

Our company is currently looking for Management Trainee to join our team of passionate and talented individuals in operating our various restaurants and bars in hotels. We will be food and beverage focused, offering high tea, event nights, craft beers, wines, cocktails and amazing food produced by our overseas trained chefs.

The candidate will report to and work closely with the Director to strengthen the operations and services level of the ground staff. Our company treasures talents by offering good career enhancement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
• Keen Interest and passion in hospitality as well as in food and beverage
• Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
• High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
• Exceptional leadership skills
