Job summary

GKE Corporation Limited 锦佳集团, through its subsidiary GKE Fair Chem Pte Ltd, invites applications for an 18-month traineeship across logistics, customer service, production, and administrative functions. The programme includes rotations to different departments, hands-on learning, and exposure to diverse operations.

Selected candidates will gain practical skills, work with managers, and develop leadership potential while contributing to optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business studies or chemical-related fields.
• 0–2 years of working experience.
• Resourceful, highly motivated with leadership potential and a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an extensive learning journey to gain new skills, experience and exposure.
• Undergo job rotations/attachments to various functions within GKE Fair Chem Pte. Ltd.
• Gain maximum exposure to the wide spectrum of businesses and operations.
• Provide administrative support to Management (setting up work processes; collating & analyzing statistics).
• Interact with Managers throughout the organization during the 18-month programme.
• Undertake assignments/projects assigned by Management during the programme.

Job Responsibilities

• To participate in extensive learning journey to gain new skills, experience and exposure required
• To undergo job rotations / attachments to various functions within GKE Fair Chem Pte. Ltd.
• To participate to gain maximum exposure to the wide spectrum of businesses and operations
• To provide administrative support to the Management (i.e. setting up work processes; collating & analyzing statistics etc.)
• Interact / Liaise with Managers throughout the organization during the 18 months programme - 9 Months customer interaction/transport planning, 9 Months production
• To undertake assignments / projects assigned by the Management from during the course of the traineeship

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• Good diploma/degree preferably in business studies or chemical related
• 0 to 2 years of working experience required
• Resourceful and highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn, positive deposition and strong leadership potential to excel
