Job summary

GKE Corporation Limited 锦佳集团 is seeking a Quality Control/Lab Technician via its subsidiary GKE Fair Chem Pte Ltd to support production sampling, testing and documentation. You will assist monthly reports, ensure COA verification, and maintain calibration records while supporting blending orders and material safety data sheets.

The role requires secondary education or higher, strong organization, basic IT ability, and readiness to start on short notice in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality control principles and laboratory procedures.
• Experience with raw material testing and product formulation processes.
• Familiarity with ISO documentation and lab record-keeping.
• Ability to assist in monthly lab reporting and calibration records.

Responsibilities

• Production sample testing and monitoring.
• Raw material testing and monitoring.
• Assist on monthly lab report.
• QC inspection for all incoming/unstuffed goods and report discrepancies.
• Verify incoming goods COA and documentation.
• Schedule equipment calibration and maintain calibration records.
• Issue and document Production Batch cards/MTF.
• Issue raw material and finished product COA.
• Update MTF to EAS system for completed blending orders.
• Labels printing and checking.
• Daily check COF and arrange with production controller for goods delivery.
• Assist in maintaining raw material and finished product SDS.
• Update and manage records of customer blending/redrumming/disposal enquiries.
• Issue and manage DCR/DIF for formulation/spec/instruction - Laboratory copy.
• ISO documentation and lab filings.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and tidiness.
• Ad-hoc duties as advised by supervisor.
