Job summary

GKE Group of Companies in Singapore seeks a hands-on Warehouse/Logistics Assistant to support daily operations at GKE Express Logistics Pte Ltd on Jurong Island. You will assist the Operations Supervisor, handle container stuffing/unstuffing and seafastening, discharge materials, and ensure safety and tidy stores.

The role requires ability to work independently in a petrol chemical plant environment, compliance with safety rules, and basic English.

Qualifications

• Understand the role of signalman & rigger (training can be provided).
• Possess forklift license; certificates in signalman / rigger (an added advantage).
• Able to speak/write simple English.
• Willing to learn Warehouse Operations Devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Supervisor on day to day jobs.
• Ensure that equipment & store in good order.
• Stuffing/unstuffing of container, assist in lifting of cargo, seafastening of cargo.
• Discharging of materials from container.
• Work independently.
• Work in Petrol Chemical Plant environment (Jurong Island).
• Comply to safety rules & regulation.
