REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking operations professionals to support daily management of a prominent shopping mall in Singapore.

Salary ranges include up to SGD 3,000 for Associate Executive and SGD 3,500–4,200 for Executive/Senior Executive, with 13th-month payment/AWS. Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Experience in shopping mall, commercial property, hospitality or customer-facing operations is advantageous.
• Candidates with limited experience may be considered for Associate Executive level and should be service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the shopping mall and maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for tenants and shoppers.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, tenant frontages, loading areas and other mall facilities.
• Attend to tenant requests, shopper feedback and operational incidents promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the performance of security, cleaning and other outsourced service providers.
• Coordinate with the Facilities team on defects, breakdowns and repair or maintenance works.
• Assist with tenant handovers, fit-out activities, reinstatement works and opening preparations.
• Provide operational support for mall events, promotional activities, roadshows and peak-period crowd management.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, inspection records, contractor reports and other operational documentation.
• Support emergency-response exercises and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Assist the manager with service-contract administration, quotations, purchase requests and operational reporting.
• Senior-level candidates may be assigned to lead operational projects and guide junior team members.
