Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years working experience in marketing or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns, promotions and partnerships to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis, track budgets, and prepare monthly internal reports.
• Coordinate with tenants, partners and vendors to raise mall awareness.
• Drive joint promotions with tenants to increase footfall and sales.
• Manage mall social media and align online efforts with offline promotions.
• Monitor social conversations and extract insights to enhance customer experience and branding.
• Maintain content across digital platforms including website and directories.
• Drive revenue from advertising spaces, sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Oversee leasing of spaces for events, roadshows and pop-ups.
• Plan mall events, seasonal campaigns and community programmes.
• Handle enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations and Tenant Management on initiatives.
• Prepare marketing proposals and post-mortems for stakeholders.
• Track shopper traffic and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
