Success Human Resource Centre in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive for a 3-month contract at Katong. You will plan, execute and manage campaigns, promotions and partnerships to meet KPIs and ROI targets.

Responsibilities include post-campaign analysis, budget tracking, stakeholder liaison with tenants and agencies, driving joint promotions, managing social media, and content updates across digital platforms to boost traffic and engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns, promotions and partnerships, and evaluate performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis, track marketing budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, tenants, agencies, vendors and community partners to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities.
• Proactively develop and drive joint promotions and collaborations with tenants to increase shopper traffic, sales and engagement.
• Manage the mall’s social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
• Monitor social media conversations and act on insights to enhance customer experience and branding.
