Qualifications

• Diploma in any field (technical fields preferred).

• Ability to quote print and laser jobs from customer files or specs.
• Strong on-floor accountability and ability to work independently.
• Clear, professional communication with customers at the service counter.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and perform first-line maintenance on FDM 3D printers.
• Operate laser cutting equipment and ensure safe usage by users.
• Provide accurate quotations for 3D printing and laser cutting jobs.
• Process retail sales of filament and consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility.
• Track machine status, stock levels and job queues.
