Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of design principles including alignment, scaling, and file types.
• Comfortable working with design software and operating personalization machinery.
• Enjoy physical work and do not mind getting your hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press and digital printing equipment for custom merchandise.
• Set up and run laser machinery for engraving designs.
• Ensure quality standards for alignment, color, and finish of products.
• Perform basic maintenance on personalization machinery.
• Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
