Job summary

TOPPAN NEXT TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform repair, maintenance, and improvements across our factory and office environments in Singapore.

You will handle general repairs on printing equipment and other machinery, service aircon and PU cooling systems, and assist with electrical works and building maintenance. A background in M&E trade certification is preferred, with a practical, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant M&E Core Trade Certification
• Relevant qualification or technical certification in M&E or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repair, maintenance and improvement works at the factory and office;
• Can do minor equipment repairs (like bearings, rollers, etc.) of printing machines, and other machineries like stitcher, stamping machine, folding machine, paper trimmer/paper jogger etc.
• Carry out servicing & maintenance of aircon units & water-cooled Package Unit (PU) system
• Perform basic electrical works, such as changing light bulbs, switches, sockets and electrical fittings;
• Coordinate and supervise Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service contractors as well as repair contractors;
• Carry out painting, patching, drilling, mounting and general building maintenance works;
• Assist with setting up, moving, assembling, and dismantling furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E);
