Job summary

Hongkong Land Limited is seeking a maintenance technician to support office and retail facilities in Singapore. The role involves hands-on M&E repairs, painting, flooring, door repairs, and assisting in safety and compliance activities.

You will work under the Senior Technician and Building Engineer, conduct routine servicing, check stock levels, and escort contractors on site. The role requires practical skills in facilities maintenance and a proactive approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic M&E repair and handyman tasks.
• Ability to perform painting, flooring, door repairs and related tasks.
• Familiarity with safety practices in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake minor M&E repair works for office buildings or retail units.
• Carry out handyman tasks such as painting, flooring, and door repairs.
• Assist in Fire, Health, Life and Safety activities conducted in-house.
• Conduct periodic routine servicing/works for the facility.
• Assist Senior Technician and Building Engineer with stock checking of engineering materials.
• Escort contractors for M&E and Building-related works as requested.
• Assist in carrying out minor repairs and escort contractors at the corporate office.
• Carry out other tasks as instructed by the Senior Technician and Building Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Undertake any minor M&E repair works as instructed for the office building or retail units.
• Hands-on and able to carry out handyman work i.e panting,flooring,door repair etc
• Assist in Fire, Health, Life and safety activities conducted in-house
• Conduct periodic routine servicing/works for the facility.
• Assist Senior Technician and Building engineer to do stock checking pertaining to engineering material.
• Assist in overseeing and escort contractors in M&E and Building related works as requested.
• Assist in carrying out minor repair and escort contractor at corporate office
• Carry out any other works as instructed by the Senior Technician and Building Engineer.
