Job summary

DNATA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Generalist to coordinate servicing, inspection and maintenance of equipment, plant and facilities. You will plan preventive maintenance and supervise technicians on shift to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, responding to faults, and ensuring safe, efficient workshop practices while maintaining accurate job sheets and timekeeping. LTA 3 license may be required; vocational certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational/ITE certificate or equivalent in Building Maintenance.
• Experience in servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant and facilities will be an added advantage.
• Must possess minimum LTA class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant, and facilities to ensure minimum downtime.
• Plan and organize Weekly and Daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program.
• Responsible for the performance and discipline of the technicians on shift duty.
• Coordinate minor and major repairs, replacement & overhaul of equipment, plant, and facilities at component & system level, to ensure minimum disruption to operations.
• Ensure quick response to trouble-shoot, rectify, and re-activate equipment, plant, and facilities; organise recovery to workshop to repair and resume operation with minimum delays.
• Verify the accuracy of computer daily job sheets and time keeping.
• Monitor and review work methods, conditions, and housekeeping to ensure safe working environment.
• Verify workshop equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Verify parts for replacement are beyond economic repair (BER) and cannot be reconditioned.
• Any other duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
