Job summary

LONG BEACH MARINA PTE LTD is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform preventive servicing and repair work across M&E systems, appliances and electrical installations. The role includes routine upkeep of air conditioning, chillers, refrigeration, lighting, plumbing and aquarium maintenance.

The candidate will be on-call for urgent repairs and after-hours maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable operations for the restaurant facility.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair skills for M&E, equipment and electrical appliances.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to be on call for urgent repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive servicing of air conditioning systems, chillers and refrigerators.
• Maintain lighting, electrical systems, sanitary and plumbing.
• Keep live seafood aquariums maintained and in good condition.
• On call 24/7 for urgent repair work and after-hours maintenance.
