Job summary

SINEUROPE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to conduct routine checks and support daily building operations. You will liaise with contractors for servicing and emergencies, supervising on-site work to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance work.
• Basic knowledge and skills in electrical work.
• Able to understand and communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Able to work independently and follow work instructions accurately.
• Good awareness of workplace safety and willingness to follow safety procedures.
• Capable of performing maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure daily building operations run smoothly.
• Supervise vendors and contractors during maintenance work to ensure tasks are completed according to requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness of the premises.
• Work with contractors and vendors to plan schedules, supervise on-site work, and ensure quality, cost-effective repairs.
• Perform hands-on repair work when required, including sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works, and general building maintenance.
• Source vendors and compare quotations to support cost-effective procurement decisions.
• Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.
