LONG ISLAND GARDEN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform M&E, equipment, electrical appliance maintenance and repairs in a Chinese restaurant environment.

The role includes preventive servicing, troubleshooting, and regular upkeep of HVAC, chillers, refrigerators and plumbing systems. You will be on call for urgent repair work and after-hours maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Conduct preventive service and maintenance, troubleshoot breakdown and repair.
• Carry out regular routine servicing of air conditioning system, chillers and refrigerators, lightings and electrical system, sanitary and plumbing, upkeep of live seafood aquariums.
• On call 24/7 for urgent repair work and after business hours maintenance.
