LONG ISLAND GARDEN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform M&E, equipment, electrical appliance maintenance and repairs in a Chinese restaurant environment.

The role includes preventive servicing, troubleshooting, and regular upkeep of HVAC, chillers, refrigerators and plumbing systems. You will be on call for urgent repair work and after-hours maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventive service and maintenance, troubleshoot breakdown and repair.
Carry out regular routine servicing of air conditioning system, chillers and refrigerators, lightings and electrical system, sanitary and plumbing, upkeep of live seafood aquariums.
On call 24/7 for urgent repair work and after business hours maintenance.
