LONG BEACH KING SEAFOOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance technician for our Chinese restaurant.

You will conduct preventive service and maintenance of M&E, equipment, electrical appliances, and related systems to keep operations smooth and compliant. Responsibilities include carrying out regular routine servicing of air conditioning systems, chillers and refrigerators, lighting and electrical systems, sanitary and plumbing works, and upkeep of live seafood

Responsabilités

Conduct preventive service and maintenance of M&E, equipment, electrical appliances, and related systems to keep operations smooth.
Carry out regular routine servicing of air conditioning systems, chillers and refrigerators, lighting and electrical systems, sanitary and plumbing, upkeep of live seafood aquariums.
On call 24/7 for urgent repair work and after business hours maintenance.
