Job summary

Roche is seeking an engineer to maintain and repair utilities and manufacturing equipment across the Singapore facility. The role supports plant operations, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities within a GMP context.

You will work with the maintenance and calibration team, SAP CMMS, and QA to ensure compliance, reliability, and efficiency. A degree with 1–2 years pharma experience is preferred and occasional off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree with 1-2 years pharma manufacturing experience.
• Experience in SAP CMMS and safety procedures/practices.
• Knowledge of cGMP concepts in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair utilities and manufacturing equipment across the facility.
• Provide technical support to maintenance and calibration team on shift.
• Support plant operations during routine shutdowns and changeovers.
• Review work orders and ensure timely completion and follow-up.
• Collaborate with QA and deviation owners to close records and actions.
• Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance programs (e.g., IR, vibration).
• Assist project engineering to deliver projects on time and within budget.
