Job summary

Roche Singapore is seeking an engineering professional to lead capital projects, from design through commissioning, ensuring reliability and compliance with cGMP standards. You'll partner with internal teams and external contractors to plan schedules, manage budgets, and deliver modifications to facilities and assets.

The role focuses on knowledge sharing with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams, and supporting technology transfer as needed.

Qualifications

BA/BS in a scientific or engineering discipline.
At least 2 years' working experience.
Experience in capital projects and equipment design.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment, facilities and engineering assets.
Collaborate with internal resources and external contractors to plan, schedule and execute capital projects within established timelines and budgets.
Ensure equipment and piping design conforms to industrial standards, master specifications, statutory requirements and SHE standards.
Create, review and/or approve cGMP documents such as SOPs and drawings and maintain project documentation.
Support global engineering teams in execution of large capital projects (>10M CHF) as required.
Provide engineering and project management support to other Roche entities in Singapore.
