Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: 0-5 years in maintenance, reliability, or equipment support in regulated environments.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing is a plus.
• Industry experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical devices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting for equipment issues and plan preventive actions.
• Support maintenance planning to minimize disruption and ensure on-time execution of PMs.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in change controls, CAPA, and investigations for deviations or incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability improvements and asset health.
