WESMECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive (M&E) to oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate repair works, and manage service requests with a focus on timely delivery and cost control.

You will gather field data, evaluate defects against budgets, obtain supplier quotations, issue purchase orders, and prepare safety and compliance documents such as RAP and PTW, while coordinating with HQ and clients to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office to manage documentation and communication.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to fault reports, site survey requests, and job requests to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collect and verify accurate information from site in-charges to assess maintenance needs effectively.
• Evaluate defects against cost caps and determine appropriate action plans.
• Source and obtain multiple competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for required works.
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations to clients within stipulated timelines to support decision-making.
• Manage purchase order issuance and verify all related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and submit Risk Assessment Plans (RAP), Permit to Work (PTW), and other necessary safety documents.
• Collaborate with HQ management to secure approvals for procurement processes.
• Submit approved supplier and subcontractor quotations to the Procurement Department for processing.
• Coordinate and arrange timely delivery of materials and services with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supervise repair and replacement works to ensure proper and complete execution.
• Prepare and submit final costing reports with supporting documentation, including Certificates of Completion (COC).
• Follow up to obtain signed COCs from clients and submit them for billing and payment processing.
