WESMECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a motivated M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee mechanical and electrical works for engineering and building maintenance projects. You will ensure timely completion, safety, and adherence to project specs and client requirements.

The role requires reading technical drawings, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in M&E or related discipline.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair activities of M&E systems.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Review and verify drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and project documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities to validate M&E system performance.
• Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and safety adherence.
• Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Ensure works comply with Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Participate in project meetings with accurate progress updates.
