Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on coffee machines, grinders, and other store equipment across our outlets in Singapore.

You will coordinate with store managers and vendors, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate service records. The role requires a Class 2B motorcycle license, willingness to work shifts including weekends, and a 1-year contract with potential conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical work, equipment maintenance or general repairs is an advantage.
• Able to prioritise tasks, manage expectations and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Valid Class 2B motorcycle license is required.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends, and support night or after-hours maintenance when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on coffee machines, grinders, brewers and other store equipment.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and general facility repairs.
• Coordinate with store managers, vendors and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Guide store teams on proper equipment care and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports and equipment inventory.
• Monitor vendor service quality and follow up on outstanding repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and equipment is in good working condition.
