Job summary

Tanamera Coffee Singapore is seeking a hands-on Junior Technician (Coffee Machines) to support installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial machines across outlets and client locations.

You'll diagnose equipment issues, carry out basic repairs, calibrate machines and ensure safe operation. This role offers practical training, opportunities to advance in the coffee industry and a dynamic field-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of equipment servicing/maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Hands-on with heavy equipment, safety-conscious.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of coffee machines for outlets, clients and vendors.
• Install, set up, relocate and retrieve coffee machines when required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs.
• Calibrate fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines to maintain consistent coffee quality.
• Respond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate servicing records and report equipment issues.
• Keep tools, spare parts and work areas organised.
• Assist with monthly inventory stock counts.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.
