The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer to support installation and maintenance of security systems across island-wide sites, with HQ in Outram. The role requires hands-on experience and a valid vehicle for site access.

Responsibilities include executing service workflows, liaising with clients, mentoring a service team, and ensuring safety compliance under the Workplace Safety and Health Act. Good communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site

Responsabilités

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri [830am - 6pm] Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Benefits

• Transport $750 (car) or $400 (motorbike) or by reimbursement basis
