The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production facilities in Singapore.

The role focuses on maintaining and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment, with an emphasis on preventive maintenance and safety compliance. You will work closely with production teams, contractors and suppliers to keep equipment reliable, manage maintenance costs, and uphold ISO and MOM standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or facilities management experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Oversee general facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitoring work quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO requirements, and MOM standards.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and maintenance costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager / supervisor.

Salary: $2800 - $3200 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
