Job summary

YUN NAM HAIR CARE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to look after our property infrastructure and built-in systems through preventive maintenance and hands-on repairs.

You will identify issues, suggest practical solutions and support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 3 years of M&E engineering or construction-related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E engineering or construction-related work.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 5.5 day week (Rotate 1 weekend standby a month).

• Perform preventive maintenance on property infrastructure and built-in systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Diagnose electrical and plumbing issues and apply effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve them.

• Perform preventive maintenance on property infrastructure and built-in systems to ensure operational reliability
• Diagnose electrical and plumbing issues and apply effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve them
• Execute hands-on repair work independently to maintain machines functionality
• Recommend practical solutions to address maintenance and repair challenges
• Collaborate with supervisors to complete ad-hoc maintenance tasks as assigned
• Manage work schedules flexibly, including availability to work weekends when necessary

Requirements

• Vocational certification such as Diploma or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E Engineering or construction-related work
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Patience and persistence in troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues
• Willing to work 5.5 day work week (Rotate 1 weekend standby a month)
