Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a Machining Specialist to perform automated and CNC machining for components and products in a dynamic energy technology environment.

You will operate CNC equipment, programming, and interpret engineering drawings while maintaining safety and quality. The role involves working with robotics, monitoring performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. West Singapore shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machining.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Hands-on CNC operation and programming experience.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Safety-conscious with strong quality orientation.

About the role

We are looking for a Machining Specialist to perform automated and CNC machining activities in the manufacture of components and products.

• Operate and control CNC machining equipment and machine tools.
• Perform CNC programming and apply appropriate special tooling.
• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Perform basic maintenance of machine tools.
• Ensure machining activities meet safety, quality and production requirements.
• Maintain proper operational documentation and records.
• Work with robotic and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and operational trends.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Comply with workplace Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

About you

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machining.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and programming.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Basic understanding of engineering mathematics.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently under guidance and as part of a diverse team.
• Willing to support a continuous improvement and technology-driven manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
