Job summary

TÜV SÜD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated testing professional to join their Electrical and Electronic Test Centre. The role involves overseeing day-to-day testing operations while also expanding business and developing new test services.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Software Engineering and possesses excellent project planning and interpersonal skills. Strong adaptability and analytical abilities are essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time onsite role that may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Software Engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with EN 60204‑1 and/or ISO 12100 standards will be an added advantage.
• Occasional travelling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessment, safety evaluation, testing and inspection of machineries.
• Interpret test methods/procedures and exercise sound judgement on the methodologies.
• Develop new testing services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to resolve engineering issues.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub‑contractors to execute projects.
