Job summary

SANTECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Document Controller to support engineering and project activities in the Oil & Gas sector. You will manage project documentation, maintain document control systems, and coordinate workflows across contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on MAC-related engineering documentation, including DCS, SIS, instrument index, control narratives, and interface docs, ensuring accuracy, traceability and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant Document Control experience.
• Engineering/project documentation knowledge.
• Experience working with multiple contractors, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of engineering and project documentation from creation through archiving.
• Maintain controlled registers for engineering documents, drawings, specifications, calculations, and vendor documents.
• Coordinate document submissions, reviews, approvals, revisions, and re-submissions.
• Track overdue documents and follow up with engineers and project teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support MAC-related engineering documentation including instrumentation, control systems, automation, and interfaces.
