Job summary

TECHNIQUES AIR-CONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Document Controller to manage project documentation and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

The role requires construction exposure, proficiency in Aconex or similar software, and strong MS Office skills. Candidates should be able to communicate with PRC workers and work independently with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• GCE N/O/A-Levels with relevant construction experience welcomed.
• Prefer 2-3 years in construction industry.
• Knowledge of Aconex or other document control software is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Able to communicate with PRC workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Administer all incoming and outgoing correspondences, drawings, documents and reports.
• Track, print, archive and distribute documents.
• Timely submission and receipts of documents, drawings, etc.
• Ensure document submissions are in accordance with project format and requirements.
• Make sure information is quick and easy to locate.
• Create a checklist and document filing system.
• Maintain and update the database.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company polices.
• Able to prepare presentation slides.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Managing electronic and printed files
• Assist other duties that assign from time to time.
