Job summary

searchasia consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Cloud Architect to define and implement the organization's Azure and Microsoft 365 environment in Singapore.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, design landing zones, manage security controls, and drive DevOps and IaC initiatives across teams. The role requires 6+ years in Azure and M365, with 10+ years in infrastructure or cloud engineering, and familiarity with Terraform/Bicep, Entra, PIM, and security governance.

About the Role

A hands-on cloud architecture and delivery role responsible for defining, governing, and implementing the organization's Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 environment. Covers architecture, design, implementation, consultancy, and operations — not a purely strategic role.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain end-to-end Azure and M365 architecture — networking, identity, compute, storage, hybrid/SaaS integrations, landing zones, DevOps CI/CD, and AI integrations, aligned to the Azure Well Architected Framework.
• Act as design authority for cloud architecture decisions, evaluating solutions for security alignment, risks, and control gaps.
• Work with business units to design and deploy Azure solutions; manage vendors and technology partners.
• Use AI, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for solution delivery.
• Manage support partners, SLA governance, incident management, and vulnerability management across Cloud and M365.
• Oversee CNAPP solution evaluation and remediation.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years hands-on Azure and M365 architecture experience; 10+ years total in infrastructure/cloud/platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Azure networking (VNets, WAF, Firewalls), identity (Entra, PIM, Zero Trust), compute/PaaS, Hub & Spoke/landing zones, and M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Purview, Defender).
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, containerization, and IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• PowerShell/Graph API scripting ability.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and consultancy skills — able to present architectural approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications: AZ-305, AZ-700, SC-100 preferred.
