Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Microsoft Modern Workplace in Singapore. You will drive growth by engaging enterprise customers, shaping AI-powered security and compliance solutions, and coordinating with solution architects and Microsoft partners to close opportunities that deliver measurable value.

The role focuses on promoting Microsoft Workspace, AI, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, and related security offerings while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology sales with Microsoft stack.
• Strong understanding of M365, AI, Copilot, and security.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus.
• Commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead to deal closure on Microsoft M365, AI and security opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Microsoft teams to co-sell strategies.
• Promote and position Microsoft Workspace, AI and Security solutions across enterprise customers.
• Partner with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to develop proposals and pricing.
• Drive joint go-to-market activities with Microsoft through workshops, events, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other SoftwareOne units to deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions.
