Job summary

Avanade is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 and AI Business Solutions professional to lead engagements around SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will guide organizations on transformation journeys, support Copilot readiness, and collaborate with stakeholders to craft modernization roadmaps.

The role emphasizes consulting excellence, workshop facilitation, and governance, security, and information architecture across Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of IT consulting and solution delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and IA in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Assess business requirements and translate into scalable Microsoft-based solutions.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook solutions.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support on Copilot readiness, adoption, and governance.
• Develop roadmaps for modernization and AI-enabled workplace transformation.
• Support governance, security, and information architecture best practices.
• Drive demos, PoCs, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development.
