Concentrix is seeking a Partner Customer Success Architect, Modern Work & AI in Singapore to help enterprise and public sector customers translate Microsoft 365 Modern Work, Copilot, and AI investments into measurable business value. This senior role leads secure, integrated strategy across architecture, adoption, governance, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain required customer or government security clearance.
• Typically 10–15 years of senior consulting, architecture, or delivery experience.
• Deep Microsoft 365 Modern Work architecture expertise across collaboration, identity, administration, security, and governance.
• Practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform automation, prompting, grounding, and validation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, information protection, data governance, and responsible AI.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and cross-team leadership skills.
• Preferred: Singapore public sector or regulated-industry delivery experience, relevant Microsoft certifications, and change-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build phased Modern Work and AI roadmaps aligned to customer priorities and success measures.
• Design secure Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions with strong governance.
• Lead workshops, pilots, architecture risk resolution, and production-readiness planning.
• Drive adoption, change enablement, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
