Job summary

The Institute of Technical Education is recruiting a M365 Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 cloud solutions. You will ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities include monitoring service health, implementing security measures, supporting M365 issues, and creating documentation plus end-user training. Collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in development and management of M365 ecosystem.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
Experience with identity management: Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience with M365 security: Intune, Defender, Purview.
Experience with endpoint management: Cloud PCs.
Keeps up to date with product roadmaps and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Able to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 cloud solutions for performance, security, and compliance.
Develop and deploy M365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Monitor health and performance of M365 services and optimise configurations.
Implement robust security controls including IAM, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical support and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Create documentation and conduct end-user training.
