Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 to lead design, configuration, and governance of M365 services across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will provide L3/L4 support, drive security and compliance controls with Azure AD, and collaborate with EPM, MDM, Security and Infrastructure teams to deliver integrated digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services and related workloads.
• Experience delivering L3/L4 support and issue escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and governance of M365 services aligned with enterprise standards.
• Manage identity and access integration with Azure AD (Entra ID) including security controls.
• Ensure service availability, performance, and SLA adherence for M365 environments.
• Implement security, compliance, and data protection policies (DLP, Conditional Access, Defender).
• Drive adoption and enablement initiatives for M365 tools across business users.
• Collaborate with EPM, MDM, Security, and Infrastructure teams for integrated digital workplace solutions.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives using PowerShell and M365 native capabilities.
• Provide governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication on service health and usage improvements.
