Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD seeks an experienced Intune and M365 Engineer to manage and support Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on secure deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

You will administer Intune for device and app management, configure M365 services, enforce security policies, Conditional Access and MFA, troubleshoot deployments, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure user adoption and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Intune for device and app management.
• Manage Windows, iOS and Android enrollment and compliance.
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and app deployments.
• Oversee Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Enforce security policies, user access and compliance rules across M365.
• Support M365 collaboration tools and user adoption.
• Implement security best practices including CA and MFA.
