Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior IT Infra Engineer focused on Collaboration Tools to lead the development and management of large-scale productivity solutions, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

You will oversee SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, drive migrations from on-prem to cloud, implement security controls, and enable end-users with clear documentation and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Google Workspace and M365 with SharePoint Online migrations.
• Strong Identity Management and endpoint security knowledge.
• Automation-first mindset with PowerShell and MS Graph API.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage M365 and Google Workspace collaboration suite.
• Lead large-scale infrastructure transformations and migrations to the cloud.
• Monitor health and performance of collaboration services and provide advanced support.
• Implement data security measures across collaboration platforms.
• Create end-user guides and training for adoption of tools.
