Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician for M&E duties at the Orchard Office Building. You will carry out general building repairs, read technical drawings, and support maintenance tasks to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires at least 2 years of M&E maintenance experience, Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, and willingness to work staggered hours.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and painting works, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as electrical, plumbing, and site plans.
• Perform daily safety inspections to identify electrical hazards, water ponding, and coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
• Support both preventive and ad-hoc maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition.
• Monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, maintain accurate records of readings, and track equipment performance.
• Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance and servicing works, reporting any issues or irregularities to the site manager.
