Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities technician to perform general M&E maintenance in our Orchard Office Building. You will read technical drawings and support both preventive and ad-hoc activities to keep systems running efficiently.

Responsibilities include monitoring M&E equipment, safety inspections, and coordinating with external contractors under the site manager's guidance. The role requires Mandarin proficiency and tolerance for staggered hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant M&E maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Ok to do staggered working hours.

• Monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, maintain accurate records of readings, and track equipment performance.

• Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance and servicing works, reporting any issues or irregularities to the site manager.
