Job summary

CAK & FG SURVEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to oversee M&E works on active projects. You will ensure works follow specifications and drawings, inform leaders of any technical issues, and supervise daily progress on site.

You'll coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to keep on schedule, conduct M&E coordination with specialist contractors, perform testing and commissioning, and manage documentation and submissions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
• Carry out testing and commission of M&E work; Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
