Job summary

VOIS PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated M&E Site Co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity, based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. You will coordinate and oversee M&E installations, tests, and maintenance on-site, liaising with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant site

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of site coordination or site engineering experience.
• Ability to read M&E drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule M&E works on site to optimize resources and timelines.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Inspect M&E systems for design compliance and industry standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues.
• Maintain site records including daily reports and certificates.
• Ensure adherence to HSE protocols on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate remedial actions.
• Prepare status reports for management.
• Support procurement of M&E materials and equipment.
