Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking a proactive M&E Coordinator/Engineer to support site teams and contractors in Singapore. You will ensure timely delivery, identify problems and coordinate with in-house QS and facilities teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of M&E and fit-out experience. You should be hardworking, able to work independently, and perform well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in M&E and fit-out works.
• Candidate must be hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times.
• Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
• Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
• Coordinate closely with in-house QS team and facilities team.
• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
