Job summary

SOON THONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an on-site M&E Engineer to oversee technical matters, coordinate M&E works, and ensure compliance with project specifications. You will review drawings, supervise materials, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience; proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is required; HDB project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Experience with HDB projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and clarifications.
• Oversee on-site technical and engineering matters and quality checks.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E works on site.
• Review M&E drawings for discrepancies with structural, architectural, and client provisions.
• Ensure materials used conform to specifications.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
