Job summary

THES PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Site Engineer to coordinate and supervise M&E works on our projects in Singapore.

You will liaise with sub-contractors, review shop drawings, inspect work onsite, and ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, method statements and local codes. You will also support the Project Manager, coordinate with Structural and Architectural teams, clients, consultants and authorities to resolve issues, manage documentation, submit drafts on time, and uphold safety

Responsibilities

Liaise and work with sub-contractors on shop drawings, site inspection and testing & commissioning matters
Supervise installation of M&E works carried out by sub-contractors in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations
Render all M&E engineering support to the Project Manager for the successful execution of the project
Coordinate and liaise with Structural and Architectural team, client, Consultants, RE & RTO and relevant authorities to resolve site discrepancies or technicality issues
Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E technical documentation on site
Ensure timely production and submission of drafts/final M&E shopdrawings and method statements
Ensure on-site M&E activities are well planned and coordinated accordingly to project schedule
Ensure high worksite safety and quality work standards are in practice at all times
