Job summary

Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd is seeking a capable M&E site coordinator to support our projects in Singapore. You will review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, supervise M&E site works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules and safety standards are met.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 1 year in M&E project management or coordination, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year in M&E project management or coordination, preferably in construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Supervise M&E site works, coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet schedules and safety.
• Resolve M&E installation issues with the project team.
• Maintain high quality in all M&E work through regular inspections.
• Ensure M&E systems comply with codes and safety regulations.
• Manage docs including reports, shop drawings, and O&M manuals.
